On November 28, 2025, the 2025 South China Store Manager Accelerated Training Camp, jointly organized by ZOONO and its offline distribution channel partners, was held as scheduled. Store managers from regional retail outlets and veterinarians from partner veterinary clinics participated in this intensive learning and exchange event.

 

The training camp was designed with a dual focus on standardizing channel service practices and clinical product application protocols. ZOONO's professional team delivered systematic training and technical presentations covering the full range of its animal health product line. The sessions were structured into four modules: industry application analysis, product composition and use case overviews, clinical practice sharing for store implementation, and on-site Q&A with veterinarians.

 

During the presentations, technical instructors objectively explained the suitability, usage guidelines, and integrated procedures for each product series, drawing on common clinical scenarios in canine and feline care—including skin conditions, oral health, and environmental disinfection. They also systematically outlined standardized communication protocols for store staff to use when engaging pet owners. Common questions frequently encountered in daily veterinary consultations and store operations were addressed one by one, and real-world cases were analyzed step by step to illustrate practical approaches.

 

Store managers and practicing veterinarians participated in extensive discussions on clinical user experience and terminal service delivery. They exchanged practical insights based on regional breeding environments and prevalent disease characteristics, resulting in multiple actionable strategies for store operations.

 

This training camp established a regular professional exchange channel between ZOONO and frontline veterinarians and store managers in South China.
