Positioning:

Responsible for expanding and operating online and offline channels for the company's full range of products (health and disinfection care category), formulating channel policies and cooperation models, implementing them, and achieving sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Channel Expansion And Maintenance For B-End:

  Develop online and offline B-end customers, design channel cooperation plans (such as distribution policies, joint promotions, profit-sharing mechanisms, etc.), track implementation and evaluate effectiveness, and continuously optimize cooperation models;

• 2. Market And Competitive Product Research:

  Gain insight into market trends, dissect the advantages, pricing strategies, and promotion paths of competing products, and provide data support for brand, product, and promotion strategies. Delve into the front lines to understand the market needs of B-end or C-end customers, and provide market data for new product development.

• 3. Market Promotion And Publicity:

  Plan online and offline promotional activities, track and evaluate the effectiveness of the promotions, and adjust the promotion strategies in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

1. 1. College degree or above, major in marketing or related fields;
2. 2. With over three years of channel experience, candidates with experience in the daily chemical products, mother and baby products, and car supplies industries are preferred;
3. 3. Strong business negotiation skills, able to independently develop channels, with business development (BD) experience preferred;
4. 4. Good market research and analysis skills, with data visualization capabilities;
5. 5. Good communication skills, able to conduct product training independently;
6. 6. Excellent internal and external collaboration skills, strong communication ability, capable of efficiently coordinating multiple resources, and working closely with the team to achieve resource synergy.
